1. CK will only send all the data except for Personal Identifiable Information (Name, Live Address, Phone Number)

2. CK identifiers will be added to the resources that will be submitted to FASSSTER only (and not from other applications)

3. Include case number in what CK will send to FASSSTER.

4. No identifiable elements to be sent to Fassster

5. CK will search first using case number, before posting data to FASSSTER.

6. PatientID (in CK) will be used as case ID.

7. Put identifiers in each of the bundle.

8. Philip will follow up DSA from Francis.
