Laboratories can submit data to COVID Kaya using 3 methods:
Via direct web input
COVID Kaya has a web and mobile interface that laboratories can use to encode data in. A username/password key pair will be provided to the labs that would want to encode data to COVID Kaya.
Via use of APIs.
COVID Kaya uses HL7 FHIR APIs for data to be submitted to it. To consume these APIs, the laboratories can modify their respective Laboratory Information Systems and use the APIs described in: COVID KAYA API Documentation
<aside> 💡 For laboratories with existing data (in CSV/or can easily be converted to CSV) that has not yet been uploaded to COVID Kaya, a tool can be used to support the submission of these data to COVID Kaya.

Via CDRS (still under development)
An ETL functionality is being developed inside CDRS. A file template will be provided and LIS can generate data based on the template and upload the resulting file to CRDS. CDRS will be responsible in pushing the data to COVID Kaya
